SHIPPING DURING THE HOLIDAYS We ship majority of all packages USPS Priority, unless they are oversized and require UPS. During the holidays the shipping carriers have been experiencing unexpected delays that are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee your items for Christmas. Return Policy Requirements
- We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not happy with it please feel free to mail it back.
- All SALE merchandise, PROMO gift with purchase transactions, Jewelry, Seasonal items, and undergarments are FINAL SALES.
- All shipping costs on returns and any re-shipment of products are at the customer’s expense.
- ALL Returns are for store credit or exchange ONLY. All returns will be eligible for store credit or an exchange if the following applies:
- All items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached.
- All items must be received by Rhinestone Angel within 14 days of the original purchase date to be issued a store credit.
- If your item does not meet the above criteria, please do not return.
